6. Fees & Pricing
• Each transaction may include a conversion fee, network fees, and exchange rate spread.• All applicable fees will be displayed to you before confirming a transaction.• Cryptocurrency prices may change rapidly and are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
7. Service Availability & Risk
• Our services are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis.• We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by blockchain congestion or network failures;• Incorrect wallet addresses provided by users;
• Loss of funds due to user error or market volatility.
• You acknowledge that cryptocurrency involves risk, including potential loss of value.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you:• Violate these Terms or applicable laws;
• Fail to complete or pass KYC/AML verification;
• Are suspected of engaging in fraudulent or high-risk activity.
• Termination may include blocking access and retaining transaction records for legal compliance.
9. Modifications to Terms
• We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Material changes will be communicated via our website or email.
• Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
• Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts.
