fiat-to-cryptocurrency conversion services. If you do not accept these Terms, you must
not use our services.
2. Services Provided
- PPrince provides on-ramp services that enable users to convert fiat currency (e.g., EUR) into cryptocurrency.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Access is restricted in jurisdictions subject to sanctions, AML blacklists (e.g., FATF high-risk jurisdictions), or where cryptocurrency use is prohibited.
4. AML / KYC Compliance
- As a licensed VASP under Czech law, we comply with AML and CTF regulations.
- You must complete KYC procedures, including identity verification and source of funds checks.
- Failure to comply may result in denial or suspension of service.
5. User Obligations
- All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Services may only be used for lawful purposes.
- You may not use third-party identities or wallets.
- You may not interfere with, misuse, or reverse engineer the platform.
- You are solely responsible for providing the correct destination wallet address.
6. Fees & Pricing
- Transactions may include conversion fees, network fees, and exchange rate spreads.
- All applicable fees are shown before transaction confirmation.
- Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
7. Service Availability & Risk
- Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We are not responsible for blockchain delays, incorrect wallet addresses, or user errors.
- You acknowledge that cryptocurrency involves financial risk and potential loss.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Failure to pass KYC/AML checks may result in account restriction.
- Transaction records may be retained for regulatory compliance.
9. Modifications to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time.
- Material changes will be communicated via website or email.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
- Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts.
