fiat-to-cryptocurrency conversion services. If you do not accept these Terms, you must
not use our services.
2. Services Provided
- PPrince provides on-ramp services that enable users to convert fiat currency (e.g., EUR) into cryptocurrency.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Access is restricted in jurisdictions subject to sanctions, AML blacklists (e.g., FATF high-risk jurisdictions), or where cryptocurrency use is prohibited by law.
4. AML / KYC Compliance
- As a licensed VASP under Czech law, we comply with applicable AML and CTF regulations.
- You agree to complete KYC procedures, including identity verification and source of funds documentation.
- Failure to comply may result in denial or suspension of access.
5. User Obligations
- All information provided during registration and use must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You may only use the service for lawful purposes.
- You must not use third-party identities or wallets.
- You must not reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the platform.
- You must not engage in fraud, money laundering, or unlawful transactions.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the destination wallet address.
6. Fees & Pricing
- Transactions may include conversion fees, network fees, and exchange rate spreads.
- All applicable fees are displayed before transaction confirmation.
- Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
7. Service Availability & Risk
- Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We are not responsible for blockchain delays, network failures, or user errors.
- Incorrect wallet addresses provided by users may result in loss of funds.
- You acknowledge the financial risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
- Failure to complete KYC/AML verification may result in account restriction.
- We may retain transaction records to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
9. Modifications to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time.
- Material changes will be communicated via website or email.
- Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
- All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts.
